Therefore, the main proposition is that currently Senior Adults problems have their needs and taken care of by Senior Welfare and Medicare etc. But it’s not sufficient. What they really need and care from Churches. Today churches, under God’s guidance, must see address the needs of Senior Adults.
The goal of this dissertation is to demonstrate the need for Senior Adult Ministry through counseling and Christian Education in Korean-American Churches. 1). To understand immigrant Korean Senior Adults problems and solutions of troubled by the involvement of churches because most churches have ignored the focus on Senior Adult relationships for the sake of the outward growth since long ago. 2). Through counseling Senior Adults can have close friendship and healing their emotional problems, anxiety, insecurity, guilt, shame, depression, fear, solitude and a solution of a biblical approach through the case for integrating theology. In a biblical view, it was the cause of the loss of self-identity, a sense of belonging and strength because of the discontinuity with God. 3). Through Christian education, it studies a definition of spirituality, spiritual formation, and spiritual direction. It also researches the conflicts and destroyed functions of Senior Adults from the viewpoint of Christian Education.
